One-on-One

Executive & Leadership Coaching

Home / Services / Executive Coaching

Leadership is personal.

You can transform a team in a room together, but the stories that drive a leader's behavior — the ones that show up in every meeting, every decision, every interaction — those require a different kind of work. Quieter. Deeper. One-on-one.

Executive coaching with Barb isn't about frameworks or assessments. It's about getting honest with yourself about the stories you're carrying, the energy you're bringing, and the gap between how you want to lead and how you actually show up.

Leaders navigating what's next

C-Suite Executives

You're responsible for everything and accountable to everyone. Coaching gives you a space where you can be honest about what's not working — without it becoming a board conversation.

Leaders Ready to Look Inward

You know the issue isn't just the team or the market or the process. You suspect it might start with you. That awareness is rare — and it's exactly where the real work begins.

Former Owners in Corporate Roles

You sold your company and now you're an employee inside a PE portfolio or corporate structure. The transition is harder than anyone tells you. Coaching helps you find your footing without losing yourself.

This isn't therapy. It isn't consulting.

Coaching with Barb lives in the space between. It's not about diagnosing what's wrong with you. And it's not about handing you a playbook. It's about examining the stories that are driving your decisions and your behavior — and deciding which ones you want to keep writing.

Sessions are direct, experiential, and built around whatever is most alive for you. Some weeks that's a specific situation — a conversation you need to have, a team dynamic that's stuck. Other weeks it's the deeper patterns: the way you show up under pressure, the stories you default to, the gap between your intention and your impact.

Simple. No pressure.

1

30-Minute Meet & Greet

We get on a call. You tell Barb what's going on. She tells you how she works. You both decide if it's a good fit. That's it — no pitch, no commitment.

2

Define the Outcome

What do you want to be different? We start with what matters most to you and build the coaching relationship around that. The industry doesn't matter — the leadership does.

3

Do the Work

Ongoing sessions with a regular cadence. This is where stories get examined, walls come down, and the way you lead starts to shift — for real, not just in theory.

Schedule a meet & greet.

Thirty minutes. No pitch. Just a conversation to see if this is the right fit. Most coaching clients come to Barb through a referral — if someone you trust sent you here, that's all the introduction you need.
